What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 14.00 on the day of arrival
Check-out until 11.00 on the day of departure
At what times is the reception desk staffed?
Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7.00 – 22.00 and Sunday from 08.00 – 13.00.
Is it possible to book smoking rooms?
No, our hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms, some rooms have a balcony and can be booked on request for an extra charge.
Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Are there accessible rooms?
The hotel does not have any barrier-free rooms.
Can I have breakfast at the hotel?
We offer our guests a rich breakfast buffet at a price of EUR 16.00 per person per day.
Our breakfast times are Tuesday – Friday from 07.00 – 09.30 and Saturday and Sunday from 08.00 – 10.30.
Does the hotel have its own restaurant?
No, but there are various restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Do you have your own hotel parking lot?
Yes, hotel parking spaces are available in the enclosed inner courtyard (entrance height 2.85 meters) with direct hotel access.
Unfortunately, advance reservations are not possible.
The parking spaces can be used on arrival subject to availability at a price of EUR 16.00 per day.
Are there other parking options?
Yes, the large public underground parking garage Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring is located directly in front of the hotel.
Is there an additional tax?
Yes, the city of Cologne has been levying an overnight tax of 5% on the overnight price since 01.07.2024, regardless of whether it is a business or private overnight stay.
How do I pay at the hotel?
If no advance payment has been made via a travel agency or other company, payment of the hotel costs is due on arrival.
What means of payment are accepted?
Cash, EC card, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.
Can I also pay with PayPal?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay with PayPal at the hotel.
